What happens to my money if I have to cancel my spot in a match?
We offer a fair, friction-free cancellation policy. If you cancel your spot through the app within the allowed window — more than 24 hours before the event starts — you get an automatic refund to your in-app wallet. If you request a swap within the final 24 hours before kickoff, you get the automatic wallet refund as soon as another player takes your spot. And if we cancel the event due to rain or low turnout, you also get refunded to your in-app wallet.
